Reports are acted on without undue delay. Content may be removed and the uploading fingerprint may be banned; a copy of removed content is retained for 30 days in case of law-enforcement inquiry.
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws (§7 (1) TMG). According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, nor to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
